  We can't say enough good things about both Moyer Services Group Inc and the roofing company they contract with, JB Roofing. Both companies are top notch service organizations who employee REAL professionals (Brian, who was our point of contact at Moyer Services Group and Mike his estimator as well as Jeff the owner of JB Roofing and Doug his project manager). Both companies couldn't do enough to ensure we were 100% happy with our roofing job. We have had many problems in the past with contractors and have literally been "ripped off" by some during the building of our home so we were very leery of trusting anyone again. This past winter, our roof sustained minor damage during a windstorm and initially we were referred to Moyer Services Group by our home owners insurance for an estimate. Both Mike, the estimator, and Brian our project manager were incredibly attentive and receptive to every additional request we threw at them, including a second and then third request to have additional estimates done for replacing the entire family room roof, the main roof, and our detached 2 car garage! Our family room roof sustained minor damage on its ridge line during the windstorm, but because our roof was 25 years old, the insurance company would only pay to fix the missing shingles. On our own (with no pressure from Moyer Services), we decided to ask for additional estimates to replace the entire roof (both a family room A frame roof and gambrel main roof), knowing we would have to replace it soon anyway. Once again, when Brian told us they used a roofing company (instead of an in-house crew) to do their roofing work, we were very leery, but JB Roofing proved to be absolutely 100% awesome! When the owner, Jeff Baines, came out personally to meet us and do the estimates, we knew we were dealing with a professional roofing company that was looking to grow the business by doing things the right way through pleasing its customers. Both he and Doug were always available to answer our calls with questions about the details of the job so we could ensure the contract reflected our expectations and Brian (with Moyer Services) made sure EVERYTHING that we wanted to "clarify" in our Service Agreement got added. Our roof was not an easy job with its dormers in the front and a steep pitch but the crew did an incredible job on an extremely hot day. They covered all our shrubbery and the ground crew did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards. The next day, my husband noticed one of the front shingles had slide down a little and a few of our gutter clips had popped off and went missing so I called Doug and he came right away to fix it (literally drove an hour to get to our house). The gutter clips must have gotten thrown in the dumpsters with the other roofing debris but Doug made sure we got them. They were from 1992 and he had to order 5 of them on the internet to ensure they matched the rest of the clips on the roof! How's that for outstanding customer service and follow up.......oops almost forgot to mention how I called them 2 months after the job and received immediate feedback and paperwork on my GAF shingle warranty....once again couldn't ask for better customer service even after the fact! I would recommend Moyer Services Group and JB Roofing to anyone and especially to those of us who desperately need to have their faith restored in the construction industry in general! Both of these companies are truly the real deal and they are looking to grow the business the right way by making sure their customers know what they are suppose to get ahead of time and then following up afterwards to make sure you are completely satisfied.
